Resources
We list resources that explain and demonstrate our approach to software architecture and to product (and project) definition, design, and delivery.
Standards and Specifications
How do Standards and Specifications differ? The answer to that question and an annotated list of standards and specifications relevant to the Energy Management/Smart Grid and Building Management areas is on a separate page. It will be extended to relevant non-OASIS standards in the future.
Presentations
An annotated list of presentations is on a separate page. Highlights include
- We have been working extensively in Smart Grid and Collaborative Energy. We have many recent presentations in this area.
- In Standards, Projects, and Software Architecture the brief talk, Five Secrets to Standards Success, and the tutorial, Effective Standards Work, have been well received for training standards participants and managers, and are a good introduction to planning and completing a project.
- Service-Oriented Architectures are an important way to define interactions in enterprise systems. The presentation Repurpose Compose ProfitSOA Next Generation Infrastructure describes performance optimization techniques for SOA.
